Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available upon request. If you are interested in local pick up, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can coordinate details.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right. Items must remain unused and in their original condition.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom or personalized items are made especially for you and are not eligible for return or exchange.
